Pitching Woes Continue For Brewers in 9-2 Loss In Colorado

The one thing you can say about the Milwaukee Brewers this year is their pitching stinks and if not the worse in the league show me one that is. The Brewers record is not an indication about how bad the pitching really is. Colorado battered it around yesterday for a 9-2 win and a playoff spot.

Manny Parra started for the Brewers and he would have  been better off to just stay in the hotel room and watch the game on television. Parra went only 2.2 innings giving up six hits and five earned runs in the loss. He also walked five guys which included the pitcher. This just shows you how bad the Brewers pitching has become when you walk pitchers that makes no sense at all.  The bullpen came in and gave up four runs and the big shocker Todd Coffey came in and did not let anyone score. Maybe that’s a positive sign for the Brewers and their fans.

Ryan Braun hit his 31st home run of the season, but the Brewers only was able to manage six hits and two runs. Not going to win to many games with numbers like that. Well the one good thing is the season is coming to an end an Brewers fans can stew all winter long about another season and another horrible performance.
