Completely agree - Axford is the man for the job. Its not like he completely melted down and left his sliders hanging all over the plate. We got the win - and he ended the game on top. End of story, he did his job.

I was actually talking with my wife about that last night. She asked, "are you going to be mad at John Axford after this game." I said, "No". His velocity is great, he just needs to make a lsight adjustment to keep the ball down in the zone. Last night everything looked sharp, just high. So, no you are not the only one not worried. Kranitz will make some adjustments with him and we will be fine.

If anything we should be concerned about the fact that we scored three runs with only one official at-bat. That should be of some concern.
