When the Milwaukee Brewers announced that they had signed Matt Garza, a couple of questions popped in my head. Did the Brewers surrender another draft pick? Which pitcher gets booted from the rotation? Can Garza stay healthy for more than five games? What am I doing with my life?
After I had time to gather my thoughts and reflect on the bodacious move, I was able to answer my questions save for the last one. Fortunately, Garza did not come with a draft pick attached, Tyler Thornburg seems to be the one getting the boot, and looking at his contract, the Brewers are prepared in case Garza goes down with injury.
With all that being said, I’m a big fan of this move. If anything, it builds my trust in Milwaukee’s ownership and front office. They won’t go down without a fight.
Let’s see what other fans are saying about the biggest free agent deal in Milwaukee Brewers history.
Impossible to find anything wrong with Brewers signing of Matt Garza. I’m sure someone will try.

The #Brewers pitching rotation looks much better with Matt Garza. NL Central is shaping up to be interesting.

And this is just funny.
I’m sure Matt Garza and Ryan Braun are already best friends. They both seem to be completely crazy
