Milwaukee Brewers Untapped: Jeffress or Smith to SF?

Of the many teams that need relief depth in MLB, the San Fransisco Giants are one of many teams in need of bullpen relief. Both Milwaukee Brewers pitchers Jeremy Jeffress and Will Smith could provide the relief that the Giants are seeking.

As Henry Schulman of the SF Chronicle reports, the Milwaukee Brewers have been scouting a couple of pitching prospects in the Giants Farm system.

Of course, there are also the latest rumors of Jonathan Lucroy, including Luc sitting the game out tonight. Although, as Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports, it’s just a typical planned day off for Luc.

The Milwaukee Brewers performed better than expected during the first half of the season, per WUWM Radio reports. All-Access.com also reports that the Milwaukee Brewers and 620 AM have extended their radio broadcasting deal.
