Bumbling Brewers Lose Again In Extra Innings 4-3

The bumbling Brewers keep finding ways to lose and last night was no exception. The Milwaukee Brewers had three errors yesterday and the Cincinnati Reds did what they needed to do to hand the Brewers another extra inning loss this time by a 4-3 count in ten innings. For the Brewer fans this should not be much of a shock from a team that has played like a joke the last few weeks.

Braden Looper started the game and actually pitched well going 6.0 innings giving up just two earned runs in the game. The bullpen came in and pitched better then I thought they would, but having three errors in the field does not help your pitching. One of the most costly was a misplayed fly ball by Ryan Braun in the 10th inning that cost the Brewers dearly. This is what happens to a team that is heading in the wrong direction.

The Brewers got a great hitting game from Ryan Braun going 3 for 4, but his error in the 10th inning cost the Brewers.  Jody Gerut and Prince Fielder went deep for the Brewers, but it did not matter as another loss was handed to them at home. It seems the Brewers just cannot get anything going and now it’s time for Brewer management to decided what to do for 2010. Right now unless some drastic changes are made the Brewers will be in the same excact spot next year.
