Prince Fielder Finishes Fourth In MVP Race

As expected Albert Pujols won thew National League MVP, but Prince Fielder did come in a respectable fourth place. Personally I thought he should have been a little higher, but when you play for a losing team that is how it works. Fielder had an outstanding season and probably will have many more. He will get an MVP trophy down the line he will just have to wait.

Pujols is one of the premier players in the game and his numbers were a lot better than anyone and he deserved the award. Fielder needs to be a more consistent player in all phases of the game like Pujols is. Of course in reality only one Albert Pujols. Prince Fielder has improved a lot since he came into the game and he will only get better. Hopefully he will stay a Brewer and finish his career in Milwaukee.
