Casey McGehee has never been a guy that likes to talk about himself or the numbers that he puts up, but he may have to start. McGehee singled in the go ahead run as the Brewers beat the Houston Astros by a score of 3-2. This gave the Brewers a three game winning streak and it looks like they are finally start to playing better and getting clutch hits when it matters.
Chris Narveson started for Manny Parra who missed his second straight start with neck spasms. Narverson pitched 5.0 innings giving up four hits and just one earned run. He pitched very well and did an excellent job, David Weathers picked up the win while Trevor Hoffman notched save number 34.
Prince Fielder and Casey McGehee each went 2 for 4 last night with McGehee getting the clutch hit in the 8th inning. The Brewers are starting to do the things to get wins especially against teams they should beat. The Astros are struggling right now and the Brewers need to beat teams like this.
