Come Meet Me at SABR Day Tomorrow

That’s me, rocking Brewers gear…on top of a mountain!!!!

I have been asked to speak tomorrow at the Society for American Baseball Research(SABR), Chicago Chapters, annual SABR Day.  This is very exciting for me personally, as well as for Reviewing the Brew as a site.  As most of you know, we try very hard to bring you the best Brewers chatter we can and it is always nice when someone takes notice.

You may not care and I may be your least favorite writer on this site, but I am a pretty descent public speaker.  All I am saying is, it might be worth the trip.  Plus I have boyish good looks….if that does anything for you.

If you have nothing to do tomorrow around 11am, stop by the Brat Stop in Kenosha.  It is right off of I-94 at the Hwy 50 exit for Kenosha.  Here is a link to more specific information

Also slated to speak is Carrie Muskat, who recently published the book   Banks to Sandberg to Grace: 5 decades of Love and Frustration with the Chicago Cubs.  I am looking forward to listening to her speak tomorrow.

I will be talking about the recent Hall of Fame vote and the lack of Brewers players using steroids during the steroids era…which will inevitably lead me into rants about Ryan Braun being snubbed for MVP this past season because of his little steroids story.  Then I will be finishing with a live reading of some of my personal favorite, John Axford Mustache Facts.  It should be a good time, don’t miss it.
