In case you missed it, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Norchika Aoki was traded to the Kansas City Royals yesterday for left-handed pitcher Will Smith.
There were mixed feelings among Brewers fans when the news of the trade surfaced. Aoki was a fan favorite in Milwaukee, working his way from a role player to a full time starter in right field. Even though the Brewers didn’t produce many wins with Aoki, the former Japanese star always seemed to have a smile on his face.
