After missing the first two games in the series against the Brewers with the flu, Phillies second baseman Chase Utley will return to the lineup tonight for Philadelphia. He returns at somewhat of a favorable time as he has had great success against Brewers starting pitcher Marco Estrada. In seven plate appearances, Chase has slashed .600/.712/1.200 with three doubles, three runs batted in, and two walks.
On the Brewers side, Rickie Weeks will start tonight at second base against left handed pitcher Cliff Lee (CliffLeeDoesNotSmile.GIF). Weeks will look to improve on his extremely slow start to the season. He will bat in the 8th spot, which isn’t really where you want to put a struggling hitter. Here’s hot the lineups look for tonight.
