Box Score – San Diego Padres 12, Milwaukee Brewers 3
The Milwaukee Brewers were held to low scoring, as Junior Guerra had the shortest outing as a Milwaukee Brewer. Guerra struggled from the start and only pitched four innings on the mound. Guerra did have a challenge go his way, the one sparkle in his performance. On the challenge itself, Skipper Craig Counsell had this to say:
"“I wasn’t sure we’d win the challenge,” Counsell said. “But it definitely deviated [Brewers starter Junior Guerra’s] path. They’re interpreting it more now than they were the first couple weeks of the season. We knew they are interpreting it more.”"
