Saturday afternoon baseball might quickly turn into Saturday night baseball. The Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays have announced that this afternoon's contest is officially in a weather delay. Scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast in Tampa tonight, but it does appear that a long enough window exists to still get the game in before the end of the night.

The two teams have not yet announced an official start time, but stay tuned for updates as they should arrive shortly. When the game does begin it will be Tobias Myers toeing the rubber first for the Brewers and Taj Bradley opposing him for the Rays. Interestingly enough, Bradley's last start, which came against the New York Yankees, was also delayed due to rain. The Rays took game one of the series last night, pushing the Brewers back below .500 and in need of a bounce back performance tonight.

Steinbrenner field for this year's home games after their former stadium suffered severe damage as a result of Hurricane Milton last fall.

Updates on today's start game will be posted directly to this article, so be sure to check in for more on when we might get to see the Crew play tonight.
