The Milwaukee Brewers have exploded in the best way possible to start their 2023 campaign, getting off to a 7-2 start while boasting one of the best offenses in the Majors.

Tonight, they kick-off a three game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks and are surprising underdogs in the opening game.

Let's dive into the odds and then why I'll tell you the Brewers are the bet to make.

Brewers vs. Diamondbacks prediction and pick

I'm surprised that the Brewers are underdogs in this spot, so I won't hesitate to back them at plus-money tonight.

Heading into tonight, the Brewers rank fourth in MLB in OPS at .808. Now, they get to face Zac Gallen of the Diamondbacks who has had a rough start to his 2023 campaign. He has a 7.59 ERA through his first two starts, coming off the heels of a terrible Spring Training where he posted an 8.27 ERA.

Meanwhile, the Brewers will trot out Wade Miley, who pitched six scoreless innings in his first start of the year, allowing only five hits and zero walks. Then, the Brewers will get to turn to their top-ranked bullpen that leads the Majors in bullpen ERA this season at 0.84.

I'm jumping at the chance to back the Brewers as underdogs in this spot.
