Less than 10 days remain before the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Chicago White Sox on Opening Day at American Family Field. Being back at home for the first game of the season not only guarantees that the Crew will play baseball, rain or shine, on March 26 (thank you retractable roof!), but it also gives the Brewers a chance to run some exciting promotions on what is one of baseball fans' favorite days of the year.
Though the Brewers seldom struggle to fill the seats at American Family Field, especially on Opening Day, there's an added motivation for fans to secure a ticket to this year's Opening Day contest. As announced by the team yesterday afternoon, the Brewers will air an exclusive preview of a new documentary titled "Ueck," which celebrates the life and legacy of the legendary Bob Uecker.

Brewers to offer fans an exclusive preview of upcoming Bob Uecker documentary at American Family Field after Opening Day game
Shortly after the Brewers defeat the White Sox on Opening Day, a 20-minute segment from the upcoming documentary will air on the American Family Field video board.
The documentary, produced by September Club, has reportedly been in development for the last two years, meaning production began while Uecker was still with us. It's said to include never-before-seen footage and interviews from Ueck's family and friends while documenting his incredible life.
While a glimpse of the exclusive 20-minute preview does require a ticket to the Brewers' Opening Day tilt against the White Sox, fans who aren't able to make it to American Family Field next Thursday won't have to wait too long to watch this highly anticipated documentary. According to the Brewers' press release, the film is set to debut in certain theaters this summer, though it's not yet reported how widespread the release will be.
There's no one like Ueck and there never will be. Brewers fans are incredibly lucky to have listened to Uecker's voice for 54 seasons, and now they can relive those amazing moments and "Mr. Baseball's" one-of-a-kind career in what is bound to be a highly entertaining, and very nostalgic documentary.
