MLB Pipeline's list of the Top 30 prospects in the Milwaukee Brewers' farm system is chock-full of players who have already made their MLB debuts or are expected to see their first major league action during the 2026 season. As a result, MLB Pipeline's rankings are likely to see a great deal of change throughout the course of the campaign, as these MLB-ready players graduate from their prospect status and open up spots on the Top 30 list for other talented prospects in the Brewers' system.

As a reminder, a player loses their prospect status when they have exceeded either 130 MLB at-bats, 50 major league innings, or 45 days on an active MLB roster not including time on the injured list. Those guidelines also apply to a player's rookie status. For example, Logan Henderson made his MLB debut in 2025, but since he didn't exceed 50 innings pitched and wasn't on the Brewers' active roster for 45 days, he is still considered a rookie in 2026 and therefore eligible for the NL Rookie of the Year Award -- a race in which Henderson currently has the fifth-best odds to win.

Players like Henderson and Brandon Sproat have already lost their prospect status this season, and other names like Coleman Crow, Robert Gasser, and Craig Yoho will lose theirs in the near future. Meanwhile, yesterday, southpaw Shane Drohan officially graduated from his prospect status after exceeding 45 days on the Brewers' active roster. Drohan has been a key part of the Brewers' pitching staff this year, serving as a lights-out reliever during the month of May, with a 1.72 ERA to prove it, while also filling in for the Milwaukee's injured starters in the rotation, which he will do again tomorrow afternoon in Colorado.

Drohan was the No. 25-ranked prospect in the Brewers' farm system prior to his recent graduation from prospect status, meaning a spot opened on MLB Pipeline's rankings yesterday. Filling said spot is 2024 16th-round draft pick Jayden Dubanewicz, who has been simply dominant since joining the Brewers' organization.

Right-hander Jayden Dubanewicz joins MLB Pipeline's Top 30 Brewers propsects list after dominant introduction to professional baseball

Two years ago, the Brewers selected the right-handed Dubanewicz out of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The high school, which was the setting of a devastating school shooting back in 2018, has become something of a baseball powerhouse in recent years. Their list of alumni includes Anthony Rizzo, Jesús Luzardo, and Roman Anthony, who was drafted by the Boston Red Sox out of high school two years before the Brewers selected Dubanewicz.

Since joining the Brewers' farm system, Dubanewicz has done nothing but dominate his competition. Last year, he made 19 appearances split between the Arizona Complex League (ACL) and Low-A, and posted a 2.40 ERA with a 1.12 WHIP. He's found similar success this season, once again starting in the ACL, before joining the Wilson Warbirds, the Brewers' Low-A affiliate. Dubanewicz has a 2.50 ERA in 18 innings pitched this year, and his strikeout numbers have ticked up from last year, with his K% jumping from 18.9% to 28.8% this season.

Dubanewicz, who is still just 20 years old, stands at 6'3", which led draft experts to believe that he could add some velocity to his arsenal as he developed in the minor leagues. Last year, that's exactly what happened, as Dubanewicz started sitting in the mid-90s and touching the upper-90s with his fastball. He has three secondary offerings -- a curveball, slider, and changeup -- to go along with his fastball, which he located well last season but is having more difficulty landing for strikes this season. While his strikeout rate has improved, Dubanewicz has also seen his walk rate jump from 5.6% last year to 11% in the early part of the 2026 season.

With encouraging tools at such a young age, and an organization that excels at developing pitching, Dubanewicz could quickly become one of the more intriguing pitching prospects in the Brewers' system. He checks in at No. 25 on Pipeline's list of the Top 30 Brewers prospects, but don't be surprised if he moves quickly up the rankings as his professional career continues.
