Have the Milwaukee Brewers really only been on the road for six games? As of Sunday, it felt more like a roller coaster ride of ups and downs so far on this road trip. The Brewers are returning to Miller Park over the weekend, and there’s a lot of excitement brewing for the Cinco de Mayo celebration, and other promotions.

Coming from the high of their eight-game winning streak to the low of the four-game slide in Chicago, here’s hoping that the Milwaukee Brewers fare better for the next three games in Cincinnati.

Following the excitement of the Kenny Chesney concert at Miller Park this past Saturday, the Brewers return to the comfort of home this Friday after a long, nine-game road trip.  This weekend’s series against the Pirates will be heavily attended thanks to not only the Brewers playing this week’s first place team, but also to the fun special ticket package offerings and Sunday’s hoodie giveaway.

May the Fourth be with You

The weekend kicks off at 7:10 p.m. on Friday with a theme night ticket package especially for Star Wars fans. In addition to a game ticket, the package includes a “Braun Solo” Ryan Braun bobblehead. Although the special package is sold out, tickets to the game are still available.

Friday is also Student Night. Every Friday, high school and college students can enjoy $10 Terrace Reserve or $15 Loge Bleacher seats, as well as $4 deals on food and beverages through the first inning. Don’t forget your student ID! You can’t take advantage of the deals without it.

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta

The fun continues on Saturday with the Cinco de Mayo ticket package. Fans with special package tickets (which are still available) will receive a Chorizo bobblehead outfitted in traditional mariachi attire. Here’s hoping Chorizo also wins the sausage race!

Game time is 6:10 p.m. on Saturday.

Sunday is Funday

There’s something for the whole family on Sunday. Arrive at the ballpark well before the 1:10 p.m. game time because only the first 20,000 fans will get a Milwaukee Brewers lightweight hoodie.  The powder blue pullover is offered in a variety of sizes for both kids and adults.

Also, as on every Sunday, all kids 14 and under will receive a free ice cream bar. If you hang around after the game, the kids can run the bases too.

Hope to see you at the ballpark!
